¡Dragon Cellars lo ha vuelta hacer! Su continuo I+D relativo a diseños y materiales, le ha permitido incorporar un nuevo y lujoso acabado para los mejores sistemas de botelleros de vino.  El nuevo estilo, MALESA o Steel & Stone incluye el forrado de metal, madera y otros materiales con láminas de piedra natural, con solo 2mm de grosor.  También existe una versión traslúcida que se puede retro iluminar. Esta chapa, que viene en distintos tonos, mayoritariamente en pizarra, puede aplicarse a todo tipo de botelleros. 

¿Por qué es tan especial?  Lo que no era viable hacer antes con la piedra, ahora sí lo es. Te permite utilizarlo en zonas reducidas y desiguales, reduces significativamente el peso comparado con piezas más gruesas, y hay una claro ahorro en su corte y manipulación.  Las posibilidades que este material ofrece son innumerables y la combinación de esta piedra con otros elementos da lugar a las bodegas y cavas a medida más exclusivas aportando un “look” moderno o más tradicional.

Dragon Cellars has done it again!  Their continuous R&D into new designs and materials has led them to incorporate an innovative and luxurious finish to the best wine racking systems.  The new style, referred to as MALESA or Steel & Stone,  includes the covering of metal, wood and other materials with laminate natural stone, only 2mm thick.  There is also a translucid version that you can backlight.  This veneer, which comes in various stone finishes, mostly in slate, can be applied and formed to all types of wine racks. 

What’s so special about this?  What used to be unfeasible to do with stone, now is.  You are able to apply it to small and uneven areas, you greatly reduce the weight of thicker stone slabs and there is a clear cost reduction in cutting and manipulating it. The possibilities are unlimited and the combination of this stone with other materials can provide the most exclusive wine cellars and rooms either with a modern/contemporary look or a more traditional one.
