SoDivin Puts Rare Château Mouton Rothschild Bottles on Sale

A French wine merchant said Tuesday that it has put a broad selection of Château Mouton Rothschild bottles on sale, ranging from the 1939 vintage to 2011, with same-day shipping available for orders placed before 2 p.m. and express delivery offered to buyers in several destinations.

SoDivin, a retailer based in Aigues-Vives, France, said the bottles are in stock and can be shipped in specialized packaging designed to protect the wine during transport. The company said photographs of each bottle are available online or on request, and that buyers can contact the sales team by email or WhatsApp for more information.

The list includes both standard bottles and larger formats, among them a 2005 magnum priced at 1,500 euros before tax. Other bottles listed include a 1996 Château Mouton Rothschild at 710 euros before tax, a 1986 at 820.83 euros, a 1968 at 700 euros and a 1946 at 6,198.33 euros. The merchant also listed several bottles of Le Petit Mouton de Mouton Rothschild, the estate’s second wine, including vintages from 2003, 2005 and 2011.

Château Mouton Rothschild, one of Bordeaux’s most closely watched first-growth estates, is known for wines that often draw strong interest from collectors and restaurants seeking older vintages for cellars and special lists. The availability of bottles from multiple decades can matter in the fine-wine market because supply is limited and condition is critical, especially for wines that have been stored for many years.

SoDivin said its stock covers vintages from across the modern era of the estate’s production, including 1982, 1983, 1988, 1990, 1993, 1999, 2001 and 2004. The company said prices are listed before value-added tax and are quoted ex cellar.

The merchant said it has specialized in fine wines and old vintages since 2001. It also said it offers high-definition photos online and protected transport for shipments.
