Rare Bordeaux vintages from 1942 to 2016 released by SoDivin for global collectors

A new release of Bordeaux Crus Classés, spanning vintages from 1942 to 2016, is now available through SoDivin, a French company based in Aigues Vives that has specialized in fine and old wines since 2001. The June offering features a wide selection of classified growths from the Médoc, Saint-Émilion, Graves, and Pomerol, with same-day shipping and next-day delivery to various destinations.

The list includes some of the most sought-after names in Bordeaux. Among the first growths from the Médoc are bottles of Château Margaux from 1982, 1983, and 2002; Château Latour from 1954, 1984, and 2000; Château Haut-Brion from several vintages including 1977 and 1997; and Château Mouton Rothschild from 1984, 1992, and 1996. Prices for these rare bottles range widely, with some older vintages such as the 1954 Château Latour listed at over €1,600 per bottle before tax.

Second growths are also well represented. Notable entries include Château Cos d’Estournel 2016 from Saint-Estèphe, Château Ducru Beaucaillou from multiple years including 1979 and 2014, and Château Léoville Las Cases from as far back as 1970. The selection extends to third, fourth, and fifth growths with options like Château La Lagune (Haut-Médoc), Château Beychevelle (Saint-Julien), and Château d’Armailhac (Pauillac).

Sweet wines from Sauternes and Barsac are part of the release as well. Highlights include a bottle of Château d’Yquem from the acclaimed 1985 vintage and several bottles of Château Climens and Château Coutet from more recent years.

Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé wines are available with top estates such as Château Cheval Blanc (2005, 2001), Château Angélus (multiple vintages), and Château Ausone (1988). The list also features Premier Grand Cru Classé B properties like Château Canon and Château Troplong Mondot.

Graves classified growths include bottles of Château Smith Haut Lafitte (2015), Château Haut Bailly (2009), and the highly regarded Château La Mission Haut Brion (1989). Pomerol is represented by prestigious names such as Petrus (1996, 1994, 1980) and Vieux Château Certan (1977, 1987).

The cause for this extensive release is to provide collectors and enthusiasts access to a broad range of Bordeaux’s most celebrated wines across decades. SoDivin’s focus on provenance and storage conditions aims to ensure that each bottle reaches buyers in optimal condition. The company’s location in southern France allows for efficient logistics to both domestic and international customers.

This release comes at a time when interest in mature Bordeaux remains strong among collectors worldwide. The availability of rare vintages offers an opportunity for both investment and enjoyment. With quantities often limited to just a few bottles per vintage or estate, demand is expected to be high for many of the older or more prestigious labels.

All prices are listed ex-cellar in euros before value-added tax. Full details on availability can be found directly through SoDivin’s website or by contacting their office in Aigues Vives.
