All First Class seats are private suites, setting a high standard for luxury air travel. The airline continues to refine its “Fly Better” experience with a series of new enhancements aimed at First Class customers. These improvements range from white-glove service on board to upgraded check-in areas inspired by VIP lounges in Dubai, and the introduction of unlimited caviar service during flights.
The latest updates focus on elevating the subtleties of hospitality and service. Emirates has introduced a redesigned menu in First Class that tells a story of exploration, connecting the culinary inspirations of the airline with its curated wine selection. Passengers can now learn about the heritage of exceptional bottles sourced from renowned châteaux, complete with detailed tasting notes and recommended pairings to enhance the dining experience.
A highlight of the new offering is the unlimited caviar service, now presented in elegant bowls engraved with the Emirates logo. These bowls were designed by Robert Welch to complement the existing Emirates tableware collection. The First Class cheese board has also been upgraded and is now served on a rustic slate, accompanied by wooden bowls and a honey spoon, alongside a selection of artisanal cheeses and chutneys.
Onboard, First Class cabin crew provide white-glove service to deliver an even higher level of hospitality. Emirates is also investing in its ground experience for First Class travelers. The dedicated check-in area for First Class at Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport (DXB) is undergoing renovations to create an exclusive environment. The new space will feature personalized check-in services and a relaxing VIP lounge, scheduled to open in the coming weeks.
Globally, Emirates ensures that every aspect of the First Class journey is carefully managed from start to finish.
