The renowned Parisian designer Shourouk Rhaiem has collaborated with the historic Champagne house Laurent-Perrier to create a unique version of its iconic Cuvée Rosé. The project was unveiled during an installation at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Bangkok, where Rhaiem sought to pay tribute to the Parisian art of living. For this occasion, she chose to work with Laurent-Perrier, a brand she describes as embodying her vision of Parisian chic—sophisticated, glamorous, and sensually elegant.
Rhaiem is known for her bold and dazzling aesthetic, often incorporating crystals and vibrant colors into her designs. For this collaboration, she adorned the distinctive Cuvée Rosé bottle with Swarovski crystals. The result is a bottle that captures and reflects light, echoing the effervescence and brilliance of the champagne inside. According to Rhaiem, the sparkling decoration serves as both a symbol and a mirror of the wine’s lively character.
Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé has been produced since 1968 and is recognized for its excellence and innovative approach. The champagne is made using a unique maceration process with Pinot Noir grapes sourced from some of the best vineyards in the Champagne region. Its signature bottle shape and LP crest have made it a standout among rosé champagnes worldwide.
This special edition bottle remains a one-of-a-kind piece. Only one has been created so far, making it a rare collector’s item. The collaboration highlights both the heritage of Laurent-Perrier and the creative vision of Shourouk Rhaiem, bringing together tradition and contemporary design in a striking way. The bottle was presented in Bangkok as part of an exhibition that celebrated not only French luxury but also the fusion of art, fashion, and gastronomy on an international stage.
The partnership between Laurent-Perrier and Shourouk Rhaiem demonstrates how iconic brands continue to find new ways to express their identity through collaborations with artists and designers. By combining fine winemaking with high fashion elements like Swarovski crystals, they offer consumers an experience that goes beyond taste, engaging all the senses and reinforcing the cultural significance of champagne in celebrations around the world.
