ProWein Launches Fair Match to Enhance Networking at Trade Fairs

ProWein has introduced "Fair Match," a new networking tool designed to enhance connections between trade visitors and exhibitors. This innovative matchmaking platform aims to streamline trade fair visits by suggesting personalized contacts, facilitating appointments, and offering an intuitive chat feature. ProWein, a key event for the global wine and spirits industry, will use Fair Match for the first time to improve networking efficiency.

The tool is accessible through the ProWein Portal and App, allowing participants to search selectively and connect directly. It recommends contacts based on visitors' interests and exhibitors' offerings, making the trade fair experience more rewarding. Fair Match includes features like saving contacts, scheduling appointments, and chatting via the ProWein App. Users can filter searches by exhibitors, products, sectors, or professional roles to find relevant connections.

Peter Schmitz, Director of ProWein, emphasizes the importance of digitalization in trade fairs. He notes that Fair Match enables selective contact-making, helping participants find suitable business partners and products, thus enhancing the efficiency of their visit. Following its debut at ProWein, there are plans to expand Fair Match to other trade fairs at Messe Düsseldorf.
