Eight months before its debut, more than 70 percent of the available exhibition space has already been reserved for the first edition of TUTTOFOOD Milano, scheduled to take place from May 5th to 8th, 2025. The new international format, organized by Fiere di Parma, aims to redefine the future of the food industry. Companies from 28 countries, including Germany, Ireland, Poland, Turkey, Egypt, the United States, and Peru, have confirmed their participation. The event will coincide with "TUTTOFOOD Week," a series of events starting on May 3rd that will bring the world of food and its traditions to the streets of Milan, generating approximately 15 million euros for the event itself and a total of 150 million euros in revenue for the city.
Antonio Cellie, CEO of Fiere di Parma, emphasized that the large number and quality of foreign companies already signed up demonstrate the strong appeal of the new format. TUTTOFOOD 2025 will feature companies from strategic countries for Europe and beyond, representing economies capable of driving the global food market. The exhibition will focus on the entire global food ecosystem, targeting industry players such as importers, distributors, and major restaurant and retail chains. Notable European participants include Austria, France, Belgium, Denmark, Portugal, the United Kingdom, and Spain, with the latter accounting for 28 percent of total registrations. The Netherlands has tripled its presence, while Ireland has confirmed its participation, doubling its numbers compared to previous editions.
The exhibition will cover an area of 150,000 square meters at Rho Fiera, expanding by 30 percent compared to earlier editions. It aims to transform Milan into a culinary hub during "TUTTOFOOD Week," similar to the city's annual "Fuorisalone" events. Riccardo Caravita, brand manager of TUTTOFOOD, explained that starting from the weekend before the exhibition, Milan will host various food-related events across iconic locations such as Castello Sforzesco and the Università Cattolica. A dedicated guide will map these events to enhance the experience for both professionals and the general public.
Strategic partnerships have been established with the Italian Trade Agency (ITA) and major European industry associations. Historic partner Koelnmesse will assist in promoting TUTTOFOOD to international companies. Beginning in 2026, TUTTOFOOD will alternate with Cibus in even-numbered years, while Cologne's Anuga will take place in odd-numbered years, solidifying TUTTOFOOD's position as a key event in the global agrifood sector.
