The Fête du Champagne et Vins festival has announced the start of its pre-sale for tickets to the 2026 edition, which will take place from May 21 to May 25 in Rembrandtpark, Amsterdam. Organizers are offering a limited-time discount on tickets, with prices set at €16.50, down from the regular price of €25, representing a 34% reduction. Each ticket includes an official Fête glass to take home and a complimentary welcome glass of sparkling wine.
The festival is known for celebrating French wine culture and gastronomy. Over five days, visitors can sample more than 100 different champagnes, ranging from boutique producers to well-known brands. The event also features a selection of crémants and other French wines. Attendees will have the opportunity to discover new favorites and learn about the diversity of the Champagne region.
In addition to wine tasting, the festival offers a range of activities inspired by French traditions. Live music will be performed throughout the weekend, including classic French songs and gypsy jazz. One of the highlights is grape stomping, an interactive activity that demonstrates an old winemaking tradition and allows participants to compete in a friendly contest.
Food is another central element of the festival. Vendors will serve oysters, caviar, French cheeses, fresh lobster, and vegetarian dishes designed to pair with sparkling wines. The organizers emphasize that there are options for all dietary preferences.
Visitors can also participate in games such as pétanque, a popular French outdoor game similar to bocce. The event encourages friendly competition among friends and other attendees, with the chance to become the Fête pétanque champion.
As evening falls, DJs will play music for dancing, creating a festive atmosphere that continues into the night. The organizers invite guests to raise their glasses and join in singing along with others.
The Fête du Champagne et Vins has become a fixture in Amsterdam’s cultural calendar, attracting both locals and international visitors interested in wine and French culture. The pre-sale offer is available for a limited time through the festival’s official ticketing platform. For more information or to purchase tickets, interested parties can visit the event’s website or contact the organizers directly by email.
