Annalisa Zorzettig, owner of the Zorzettig winery in Spessa di Cividale, Udine, Italy, is set to present her company’s latest wines at ProWein 2026 in Düsseldorf from March 15 to 17. The event, held at Hall 3, Stand L50, comes at a time of significant change and growth for the winery. Zorzettig is focusing on new projects and investments aimed at expanding its presence in international markets.
According to Annalisa Zorzettig, ProWein offers a valuable opportunity to connect with wine professionals from around the world. She views the fair as a place to strengthen existing relationships and to observe trends shaping the global wine industry. Zorzettig also sees it as a chance to reflect on how her wines can adapt to an evolving market.
At this year’s fair, Zorzettig will showcase several new vintages that highlight both regional identity and the winery’s stylistic approach. The tasting lineup begins with Optimum Spumante Ribolla Gialla 2024, which features a modern take on the Ribolla Gialla grape. This sparkling wine is noted for its fine bubbles and fresh citrus notes.
The white wines include Pinot Grigio 2025, recognized for its balance and clear aromas, and Sauvignon 2025, which offers flavors of exotic fruit and herbs with a lively palate. Friulano 2025 represents local tradition with its depth and characteristic almond finish.
Among the reds, Pinot Nero 2023 stands out for its refined structure and subtle berry notes. Refosco 2024 brings a more robust profile, reflecting the bold character of the region’s native grapes.
The MYÒ line represents Zorzettig’s most selective production. MYÒ Friulano 2023 is described as complex and persistent. MYÒ I Fiori di Leonie 2021 is a white blend that combines floral elements with mineral undertones. MYÒ Schioppettino 2020 highlights the spicy qualities of this indigenous grape and is intended for aging.
Zorzettig’s participation in ProWein underscores her commitment to promoting both local and international grape varieties through a consistent style rooted in Friuli’s winemaking traditions. The company aims to use this platform to reinforce its position in global markets while staying true to its regional heritage.
