Laurent-Perrier presents its Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature, a sparkling wine made entirely from Chardonnay grapes. Known for its expertise in Chardonnay vinification, Laurent-Perrier is a pioneer in the Brut Nature category. This wine is crafted from select vineyards in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims regions. It is renowned for its purity and citrus notes.

The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from Avize, Cramant, Oiry, and Chouilly in the Côte des Blancs, as well as Tours-sur-Marne, Villers-Marmery, and Rilly la Montagne in the Montagne de Reims. A perfect balance between current and reserve wines is achieved before aging. The wine is aged for eight years.

In terms of sensory characteristics, the wine has a white hue with fine, persistent bubbles. It offers a mineral aroma with citrus notes. On the palate, it starts lively and develops into a well-balanced presence, finishing with refreshing lemon notes. It is best served between 9°C and 11°C.

This Blanc de Blancs pairs well with fine seafood dishes like salt-crusted wild sea bass, scallops, and grilled squid marinated with lemon, thyme, and olive oil.
