Il Visibilio announces exclusive four-hands dinners with top chefs in Tuscany for summer and fall 2025

Il Visibilio, a Michelin-starred restaurant located in the Chianti Classico region of Tuscany, has announced a new series of Four-Hands Dinners for the summer and fall of 2025. The restaurant, which is part of The Club House 5*L in Castelnuovo Berardenga near Siena, will host these collaborative events to bring together acclaimed chefs for unique culinary evenings.

The first dinner in the series is scheduled for June 18, 2025. It will feature Daniele Canella, Il Visibilio’s executive chef, working alongside Giuseppe Iannotti, the two-Michelin-starred chef from Krèsios in Telese Terme, Benevento. The event will begin at 7 p.m. and is limited to just 16 guests. Attendees will experience a tasting menu that combines Iannotti’s creative approach with Canella’s technical expertise. The cost is €190 per person, with an optional wine pairing available for €110. Reservations are required and the event is open to guests from outside the hotel.

Daniele Canella was born in Lucca in 1974 and has built his career in kitchens across Italy and abroad, including Rome, Edinburgh, Venice, and San Cassiano. He has led the culinary team at Hotel Le Fontanelle since 2010 and took charge of both Osteria Il Tuscanico and Il Visibilio at The Club House in 2022. Giuseppe Iannotti, born in 1982, is known for his self-taught style and innovative cuisine at Krèsios, which holds two Michelin stars and two Gambero Rosso forks. In addition to his work at Krèsios, Iannotti launched several projects in Naples’ Gallerie d’Italia museum space in 2022.

Following the June event, Il Visibilio will continue its Four-Hands Dinner series on August 12 with Davide Canella, executive chef at Contrada restaurant within Castel Monastero resort. Davide Canella was born in Tuscany in 1972 and has worked internationally, including positions at La Terrazza dell’Eden in Rome and Hotel Quinta do Lago in Portugal. His cooking focuses on seasonal ingredients sourced locally and Mediterranean traditions.

The final dinner announced so far will take place on October 7 with Federico Zanasi, executive chef of Condividere in Turin. Zanasi comes from Castelfranco Emilia and trained at hospitality school before gaining experience both in Italy and abroad. He worked with Moreno Cedroni before taking the helm at Condividere, which has earned a Michelin star for its inventive yet approachable cuisine.

These dinners are designed to highlight collaboration between chefs who bring different backgrounds and styles to the table. Each event offers guests an opportunity to experience contemporary Italian cuisine through a multi-course tasting menu created specifically for the evening. The setting of Il Visibilio in the Tuscan countryside provides a tranquil backdrop for these exclusive gatherings.

The Four-Hands Dinners reflect a growing trend among fine dining establishments to host guest chefs and create special menus that go beyond their regular offerings. By limiting attendance to small groups, Il Visibilio aims to provide an intimate atmosphere where guests can interact with the chefs and learn more about their culinary philosophies.

Reservations for all events are required due to limited seating. The restaurant expects strong interest from both local residents and international visitors seeking memorable dining experiences during their time in Tuscany.
