Messe Düsseldorf has launched a new hotel booking platform for ProWein 2025 in collaboration with Kuoni Tumlare Congress, aiming to offer competitively priced accommodations near the exhibition grounds. This initiative responds to the growing economic pressure both exhibitors and visitors have faced during recent editions of the fair. ProWein, one of the world's leading trade fairs for wines and spirits, will take place from March 16 to 18, 2025, in Düsseldorf, Germany.

ProWein is known for its high level of international participation, with exhibitors from more than 60 countries and visitors from over 130 nations. This global demand also drives an intense search for affordable accommodations near the venue, prompting ongoing discussions between Messe Düsseldorf and the local hospitality industry. The partnership with Kuoni Tumlare Congress aims to ease the stay for participants by offering reduced rates in hotels close to the exhibition center. Those interested in accessing this booking platform can visit ProWein's official website.

One of the main attractions of this new platform is the competitive pricing and proximity of the selected hotels to the fairgrounds. Kuoni Tumlare Congress, with its strong ties to the regional hotel industry, has developed a varied and affordable range of hotel options. In some cases, the participating hotels offer significantly lower rates than the usual daily prices for similar accommodations. This initiative seeks to reduce the financial burden on attendees, who often face higher lodging costs during major events like ProWein.

Peter Schmitz, ProWein's director, noted that this new booking platform represents a smart move and an important first step in providing solutions for exhibitors and visitors. Schmitz added that he hopes more hotels will join the initiative as it proves successful.

ProWein 2025, under the theme "Discover the Taste of Tomorrow," will once again showcase the diversity of wines and spirits from around the world, reinforcing its position as a key event for trade professionals and the gastronomy sector. Only accredited visitors will be allowed to attend, as the event is exclusively for industry professionals.
