The grapes are handpicked, carefully selected in the vineyard, and placed in 6kg crates for transportation. They undergo vinification—40% in barriques and 60% in stainless steel tanks, then aged for a year with bâtonnage performed twice a month. The result is an exquisite summer drink with fragrant notes of almond, vanilla, white peach, and Garganega flowers, perfect for hot summer days spent outdoors.
