A 2016 study conducted by researchers from Harvard University and the University of East Anglia in the UK evaluated 50,000 middle-aged, healthy men over 40 years.They found that those who regularly enjoyed a glass of red wine were 9% to 11% less likely to develop erectile dysfunction.

Another study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine reported that women who regularly consumed moderate amounts of red wine displayed stronger sexual desire and function compared to those who did not drink at all.
