Wine Paris 2025 is set to transform Paris into the global hub for wine and spirits from February 10 to 12, 2025. The event, organized by Vinexposium, will gather over 4,600 exhibitors from 50 wine-producing countries and attract 50,000 visitors from 140 nations. Marking its sixth edition, Wine Paris has established itself as a leading international platform for the wine and spirits industry. This year, it will focus on offering practical and sustainable solutions to address significant geopolitical, economic, and environmental challenges facing the sector.
Wine Paris 2025 has secured substantial global participation, with exhibitors and delegates from across the industry. Three dedicated pavilions will showcase products from 50 producing countries. Notable increases in exhibition space include Germany (+65%), Austria (+35%), China (+60%), Spain (+40%), Portugal (+31%), and Romania (+75%). Italy has once again doubled its exhibition space, dedicating Pavilion 6 to 30 regional stands.
New delegations will debut at the event, including representatives from South Africa, Argentina, Armenia, Chile, Hungary, North Macedonia, Uruguay, and Australia. Australia, in particular, has quadrupled its exhibition space compared to previous years. French producers, who are the cornerstone of the event, will also see a 7% increase in participation, concentrated in Pavilion 7, with representation from all French promotional committees.
Be Spirits, a dedicated segment of Wine Paris, will spotlight the global spirits industry, which continues to expand due to growing consumer demand for diversity and quality. Over 200 producers from 27 countries will participate, showcasing 47 varieties of spirits, ranging from armagnac to umeshu. The 2025 edition will highlight non-alcoholic and low-alcohol options, with a 50% increase in producers in this category. Additionally, beers and ciders will have an expanded presence, and the Infinite Bar—featuring 20 bars stretching over 40 meters—will celebrate the creativity of top mixologists.
Through Be Spirits, Vinexposium aims to address the entire spectrum of alcoholic beverages, bridging traditional categories with emerging trends like alcohol-free and low-alcohol drinks. Rodolphe Lameyse, CEO of Vinexposium, emphasized the event's significance in fostering collaboration and innovation, particularly during times of economic uncertainty and industry transformation.
Wine Paris continues to serve as a vital annual meeting point for international wine and spirits professionals, offering a comprehensive and inclusive platform to showcase global production regions. With its strategic timing in mid-February, the event sets the tone for the year in the industry.
